This quarter has been all about building momentum. Building on our learnings from the last quarter, we kicked off with a strong focus on scaling our impact, refining our offerings, and deepening community engagement. And the results speak for themselves.

Grooming Demand: 3x growth in the last 3 months
Quarter-to-Date Total Orders: 60% higher than the same period last quarter
Quarter-to-Date Revenue: 35% higher than the same period last quarter
Walking Demand: Crossed 100 daily walks milestone in our South Cluster
New Leadership Team β¨
Our new and improved leadership is now in place! Last quarter, our new Growth and Sales leads joined us. This quarter, our leads for Operations and Support joined. And starting next month, our new Tech lead will join the gang. With this, we are now fully equipped to take sploot to the next stage of growth.
Expanding Community Beyond Delhi NCR
Not just in numbers, weβre growing in connections too. The sploot community has expanded to Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi NCR, bringing more pet parents together to learn, engage, and connect.
A key highlight of our expansion has been additions of experts to our community walks. Weβve gotten onboard three new expertsβ Mitali Salvi, Nikita, and Mansi.
Weβve also started doing community activations in high-rise societies in Delhi NCR - soon to be picked up in other cities as well.

Looking Ahead
At-home dog grooming is our hero service - as is evident from the high growth rate month on month. What weβre seeing play out is users coming for one category, but also transacting in another category - even at the current scale. This is encouraging, since our long term goal is capturing share of wallet of a pet household.
Next 3 months, we focus on bringing in more customers on to the platform!
